WOW TWICE IN ONE MONTH!!!

I've been having some fun actually. The Asian lady is one of my fav stamps! Next up, the butterfly card. Colored in with my new Bic markers, I love them!!! The purple poppies, again with Bic markers. The next flower is done with watercolor pencils. And last, but surely not least,
is one of my tangled creations, done on black c/s instead of white. I really like how it came out.
As always, thanks for stopping by and taking a peek!

Just Tangling!!!

This was a fun one to do! It is a Zen-Mandala. Hope you like...

Wow, long time past due!

The blue card is for a swap. Love how the 2-step came out.
The border of flowers were done in watercolor pencils.

This blk/white card is from a DCWV. Love it, and the saying is Hero Arts.

The flower border around the saying is an atc and I drew the flowers!
The lady was cut on Cricut with MTC.

The sunflower is done with markers! Hope you've enjoyed a look around.

FOUR NEW CARDS

Wanted to use a butterfly on the first card, and this is what came out of it.
The next, with the diecut leaves I absolutely fell in love w/this one.
The third card is so "sweet" hence the name.
Recycling some parts of this card and came up with this.
Hope you've enjoyed looking my cards over. Do leave a comment.

BUSY MAKIN' CARDS AGAIN!

Having fun making some cards once again! Most were some new stamps I got recently.
My very favortite one is the asian quilting. I got some wasi papers and the kits to do it. I love how it looks! The stamp along side of it is old.
The others are from Hero Arts. All except the one that has "Family" on it and it is from Stampendous! It is one of their jumbo stamps. I called them background stamps~ Anyway, the one with the bird and the one next to it (poppies) were done with VersaMark and chalks. The last one is VersaMark and white embossing powder then rubbed chalk inks over it!!

Been busy stamping and die cutting!

Too start out, here is a lotos flower cut on Cricut in MTC, from a paint chip! Layered with Stampin' Up! designer paper. I love how it looks!
The next is a flower from Gina K Designs, just a simple card. But sometimes we love simple, right?

Well, as you can see, I'm in my pink mode! My favorite color. The hibicus was done at a craft show and just now decided to use it on a card.
The tulips are unmounted and I used Prisma colored pencils for my coloring, Punched out the border from Fiskars.
The green lettering and a technique called "emerging leaves" by Gina K. Love this technique.

SOME MORE CARDS

Here are a few different cards I've made today.

The Oval is a new stamp I got from Gina K. Designs. It was this particular stamp that made me get it!!! I like how it looks, you?

The Green square card is for a birthday of one of my members on one of my groups. Also,a Gina K. stamp set. It is very versetile! Simple but sweet I'd say!

The last one is my version of what Gina K. came up with for the clean and simple card.
The stamp used here is an older stamp of Stampin' Up!~ I did a couple variations, but it works!!! Of course,
I love black and white/cream!!!

I DO LOVE FLORALS!!!

These are some floral stamps I got at a stamp show for the 2nd and third card, and the first one at JoAnns.
The 2nd card was stamped on some heavy texture so it gives it a really grunge look. The next one is on smooth white c/s and edge with distresse ink.
The first card, is really one I thought turned out super! This is the stamp I found at JoAnns and did have fun putting it together. Thanks for stopping by!

alternate access to your blog in case of emergency.

I managed to lock myself out of my You Tube account a few months ago, so I apologise to those people who asked me questions or left a message. Before anyone asks, no my You Tube account is not connected to my blog, I used another (can’t remember) email address to join.

Anyway, after this event I thought I better investigate how I can prevent the same thing happening with my blog. My solution was to use one of my other email accounts and give permission for that account to have admin privileges on my blog. Well, to be honest I have a few email accounts for various reasons and I gave each account admin privileges. Surely in case of emergency I will remember one of them, plus this time I had the sense to write down the details in a notebook.

1. Open the blog Dashboard and select the Settings tab
2. Select the Permissions tab
3. Click on the blue button, ADD AUTHORS
A new window will open and lists any current authors.
4. Enter your alternate email address in the empty box as shown below and press INVITE.
5. After selecting INVITE an email will be sent to the new email account. Follow the instructions and the hyperlink.

I will admit I had a bit of trouble getting access through the link in the email. If you have problems sign out of your blog and try again. If you have Internet Explorer on your computer and choose to use Firefox for internet browsing this is even easier to set up. Stay signed into your blog in Firefox and paste the hyperlink provided with the new email in Internet Explorer. It is the method I used to set up new email accounts and allowed me to be signed in with both identities at the same time, one in Firefox and one in Internet Explorer.

When you first access the blog with the new email identity you will find you have very limited access on your blog. Basically you will be able to add a new post or delete your new identity, as shown below. I wanted full access so I went one step further.
6. I signed back into my blog using my original identity. Once again I opened the Settings tab and then the Permissions tab. I located the new email account which currently has author privileges and granted admin privileges. If you follow these steps you will be able to sign in with either email account.
Don't forget when you sign in using your new email account to use the password you normally use for that account and not your existing blog password.

I got this from Aussie Carolyn
